Live Chat
A visitor asks; your team answers from the same screen. It embeds into a site with one script line and ships with an SDK for your mobile app.
- Web and mobile SDK
- Canned replies and triggers
- Response-time reporting
- Realtime
- Adaptive polling (3 s while open)
- Isolation
- Shadow DOM — it cannot break your styles
An unanswered question is a lost customer
Most visitors who fill in a contact form and wait never come back. A question has to be answered when it is asked — and for that the team does not need to watch a screen all day, it needs to be notified.
One-line install
The ready-made widget, or the SDK for your own interface.
Team inbox
Assignment, tags, priority, canned replies, file sharing.
Working hours
An offline message when you are closed; the visitor never talks into a void.
Notify the visitor
If they closed the tab, the answer follows by push or email.
Bound to the contact
The conversation becomes part of the single customer profile.
The launcher on your terms
The corner launcher can always be there, or never appear at all: if your site already has a "Live support" button you wire it to Signalbird.chat.open(). Once a conversation starts the launcher becomes visible so a closed window still shows the reply with a badge and a sound; when the visitor ends the chat it disappears again.
Corner window or edge drawer
The panel can be a small corner window or a full-height drawer docked to the edge. Position, colour, logo and launcher mark are chosen in the panel; the single line on your site never changes.
In the visitor's language
Greeting, offline note and launcher label are defined per language, falling back to the default when a language has none. The conversation itself is translated live too.
Ended means ended
If the visitor ended the conversation, an agent can no longer write to it — a closed door is closed for both sides. If they only closed the window the chat continues and new messages are announced on the launcher.

Will it break my site design?
No. The widget runs inside a Shadow DOM; your CSS does not reach it and its CSS does not reach you.
Can I hide the launcher and open it from my own button?
Yes. Set the launcher behaviour to "on request" in the panel and wire your button to <button onclick="Signalbird.chat.open()">. Once a conversation starts the launcher appears; when the visitor ends the chat it hides again.
Can I build my own interface?
Yes. The application-surface SDK exposes every chat operation with the public app key.
