About pricing.
Can I buy a single module?
Yes. Every module is a product of its own. A module you do not buy never appears in your dashboard and is never billed.
Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. Opening an account is free and needs no card. İYS Compliance, Single Customer Profile and one site monitor work right away. Payment is asked only when you choose a paid module.
Why are SMS counted in parts?
Carriers bill SMS per part. A message with Turkish characters has 70 characters per part, one without has 160. The counter in the dashboard shows how many parts a message will take before you send it.
What is counted in live chat, messages?
Conversations are counted, not messages. How many messages you exchange in a conversation does not change the price.
If I hit my limit, do my messages stop halfway?
You choose what happens: sending stops, or it continues up to a cap you set and the overage is added to the invoice. Either way you are alerted four times starting at 80%.
